The daily delivery record, explained

Every served day, logged for both sides

A booking runs day by day. Each day records whether your tag was seen, the clicks it sent, and where they came from by country and device. The advertiser sees the same log you do, so trust comes from the numbers, not from a promise.

  • A day the tag was not seen is a dark day: released from the booking, never billed.
  • A daily check at 9 am asks you to look when a day went dark.
  • Settlement charges only the days that served; you earn your share of exactly those.
Sell by the day

Give an ad spot a day rate and advertisers can book it for the days they want, like a newspaper sells its front page. One advertiser at a time, and every ad is reviewed first.

  • Set a day rate for each placement, or leave it in the auction
  • Accept each request within 72 hours, or let bookings in automatically
  • Booked days show on your calendar, and the advertiser's banner fills the spot on those days
  • Your published share of each booking once it has run, paid monthly; shares and payout terms are on the pricing page

ORIGINAL CONTENT. REAL PEOPLE.

A real audience.
No traffic threshold.

We look for sites, newsletters and channels people visit because they want to. Your content and your relationship with that audience come first.

You own your property and keep your voice. There is no exclusivity or lock-in.

Website and creator eligibility requirements

Websites

  • You own the site and can edit it
  • It has live, original content, a privacy page and a contact page
  • Visitors mostly find it themselves, not through bought traffic
  • It is not parked, copied or made just to show ads
  • You are an individual or a business in India or the United States

Newsletters and channels

  • A newsletter, a YouTube channel, an Instagram professional account or a WhatsApp Channel you run
  • A real audience: readers who click, viewers who watch, followers who engage
  • Recent posts, issues or uploads
  • WhatsApp Channels only, never groups or broadcast lists
  • You pick sponsorships and post them yourself, labelled as paid. You do the work, so a bigger share goes to you; the shares are on the pricing page

Website setup, ownership and review details

You can do it all from the publisher panel, without writing to anyone. Newsletters and channels follow their own steps, below.

From your site to your first ad in four steps

  1. 01 / Add your siteCreate a free publisher account and add your website's address.
  2. 02 / Prove you own itAdd a meta tag to your home page, a DNS TXT record to your domain, or the Clickflox line to your ads.txt. Whichever is easiest for you.
  3. 03 / We review itAutomatic checks run in minutes. A person reviews your site within about 3 business days, and if something needs fixing we say exactly what.
  4. 04 / Add placements and paste the tagChoose a format and size, a floor price and an approval mode, then paste the tag where the ad should appear.

Three ways to prove you own it

  • Meta tagA one-line tag in your home page's <head>.
  • DNS TXT recordA TXT record, added where you manage your domain.
  • ads.txt lineThe Clickflox line in your ads.txt. It is needed before paid serving anyway, so it does both jobs.

Your site’s status, always visible

  1. Requires reviewYour site is added and waiting for checks.
  2. Getting readyChecks passed; a person is reviewing it.
  3. Needs attentionSomething to fix, with the reasons.
  4. ReadyApproved. Add placements and paste the tag.

Creator verification, posting and paid-label details

Newsletters, YouTube channels, Instagram accounts and WhatsApp Channels take deals from the campaign marketplace. Nothing is placed in your content for you: you pick the offer, write the post and label it as paid.

Paid per deal or per valid click on your Clickflox link, never per open: opens can't be measured honestly. In early access, deals and payouts run in test mode, so no real money moves yet.

How you prove it's yours

  • NewslettersConnect the email service you send with (beehiiv or Mailchimp), or add a DNS TXT record to your sending domain.
  • YouTube and InstagramSign in with Google or Instagram. Instagram needs a professional (business or creator) account.
  • WhatsApp ChannelsPaste the channel's link and put a short code in its description. Groups and broadcast lists can't join.

A deal, step by step

  1. 01 / Pick an offerOffers show the brief, the deliverable, the price, the Clickflox fee and what you earn.
  2. 02 / Draft, if askedSome advertisers approve your draft first. You write it in your own words, from their talking points.
  3. 03 / Post it, labelled as paidUse the paid-partnership label and your Clickflox link, then send the post's address as proof.
  4. 04 / Keep it up, get paidWe check the post stays up for the live period. Flat fees are paid then; per-click deals pay each valid click.

Deliverables: a newsletter slot, an Instagram post, Reel or Story, a YouTube integration, or a WhatsApp Channel post. Labels follow ASCI and CCPA rules in India and FTC rules in the US.

  2. Auto + vetoNew advertisers show straight away and land in your review queue. Block any of them within 24 hours.

A published share, with nothing taken off first

Your share is a percentage of what advertisers spend on your placements, excluding taxes, refunds and invalid-traffic credits. No hidden processing fees. These are the planned shares; if they change before launch, this page changes first.

Websites: ads served by the Clickflox tag

Our ad server picks an approved campaign that fits your rules, and you earn on every valid click or view and on every served day of a booking.

Creator deals: newsletters and channels

You pick a campaign, make the post yourself and label it as paid, so a bigger share goes to you.

The exact shares for websites and for creator deals, the minimum payout and the monthly dates are published in one place: the pricing page. If they change before launch, that page changes first.

Payouts

Rupees to Indian bank accounts and UPI IDs, and US dollars by SWIFT to publishers outside India. Both run in test mode until our legal and tax review is done. The full payout table is on the pricing page.

  • Monthly, once the month is finalized and invalid traffic reviewed.
  • Rupees to an Indian bank account (IMPS or NEFT) or a UPI ID; US dollars by SWIFT outside India.
  • A balance under the minimum rolls over to the next month; it never expires.
  • Before your first payout: PAN (or GSTIN), bank or UPI details, and the tax forms your country needs.

Where your money is, at every step

Every rupee you earn moves through the same five steps, and the publisher panel shows which step it is at.

  1. EstimatedLive, as ads show on your site.
  2. FinalizedThe month is closed and invalid traffic reviewed, on the date shown on the pricing page.
  3. PayableThe holdback is over, KYC is done and you have reached the minimum payout.
  4. ProcessingOn its way to your bank or UPI ID.
  5. PaidIn your account, with a statement.

Before earnings become payable they wait a short holdback, so late invalid-traffic checks can finish: 7 days for clicks and views, 30 days for leads, 45 days for sales. Traffic found to be invalid after that is taken off future earnings, with the reason listed.

Your first 60 days

Build trust from the first served day.

Every new publisher starts with a short probation. It protects advertisers’ money, which keeps the network worth advertising on.

01 / SERVE

Capped serving

Ads show on your site, with a cap while we get to know your traffic.

02 / FOLLOW

Estimated earnings

You see what you are earning as it happens, marked as estimated.

03 / REVIEW

First payout after review

Your first payout follows the 60 days and a clean traffic review, with an extra 30-day holdback.

Not allowed

A healthier network, with clear boundaries.

These rules keep the network worth advertising on. Filtered or invalid traffic is never paid.

Original, responsible content.

Real content gives an advertiser a place worth being. Deceptive, harmful or prohibited material does not belong here.

Real people. Visible placements.

No bought clicks, hidden ads or artificial traffic. Your audience’s attention should be earned, never manufactured.

Publisher questions

Before you add your site or channel

Advertising instead? The network for advertisers

No hard minimum. We look at whether your site is real, original and mostly visited by people who found it themselves. Small, honest sites are welcome.

Yes. Add it in the publisher panel, prove it is yours, and once we have reviewed it you can pick sponsorships from the campaign marketplace and post them yourself, clearly labelled as paid. You earn your published share (it is on the pricing page): a flat fee once the post has stayed up, or a price for each valid click on your Clickflox link. Never per open. While the network is in early access, deals and payouts run in test mode and no real money moves.

No. Joining is free. Advertisers pay Clickflox for their ads; Clickflox pays you your published share for showing them (the share is on the pricing page) and keeps the rest.

Yes. There is no exclusivity and no lock-in. Remove the tag whenever you like.

Monthly, once your earnings are finalized, the holdback is over, your KYC is done and your balance has reached the minimum payout. The minimum and the monthly dates are on the pricing page.

Sites in the United States can sign up too. Publishers outside India are paid in US dollars by a monthly SWIFT transfer from our bank in India, once their balance reaches the minimum payout, converted at the rate on the payout day (the figure is on the pricing page). Before the first payout you send Form W-9 (or W-8BEN if you are not a US person) and your bank details. Indian tax is withheld at the rate for non-residents, or at your tax-treaty rate if you give us a tax residency certificate and Form 10F. These payouts run in test mode until our legal and tax review is done: your earnings are recorded as usual, but no money moves yet.

No. Individuals and businesses that are not registered for GST join with a PAN. If you are registered, add your GSTIN and send us a GST invoice for your earnings.

Filtered or invalid traffic is never paid. Repeated problems lead, step by step, to a warning, a serving limit, a disabled placement or site, suspension and termination, and you can appeal once.
